Read this post (#469) from Investigator made on March 29, 2008. It states what was "overheard" about Gary Brown saying Christy's car was not the car that he saw on the night in question. Whether this is a fact or not remains to be seen. I hope DCM can tell us what he finds out about this when he talks to Mr. Dulin's family.
Yea, those doing the investigating for the defense have shown they are quite skillful at coming up with good evidence (joking). Maybe it would be good if everyone went back and read what has already been posted.

I know, let's have a "tell all". We can share info about each other with the whole forum. By the was, Shorty Smalls is an overpriced joint that isn't worth the cost.
At first I thought "joint" was a drug reference, as I do not dine or spend much money/time in the Branson area. A quick search show that it is a diner, perhaps a place of employment. I just hope they report their tips on their taxes, otherwise our tax dollars may be subsidising this murderous circle.

Did anyone see the Springfield NewsLeader today (Friday)? On page 2 Crime Stoppers is asking for help in locating Wyatt A. Bohmont, who is wanted as a felony parole absconder by the Board of Probation and Parole in Jefferson City.
I remember the Bohmont brothers from the Sparta/Ava area being mentioned in earlier post.

Just got in and checked in. You beat me to the punch. Yes I did see it. Do you think the parole violation is all that the law wants to talk to him about. Looks to me like the law enforcement types are getting serious. If Wyatt is caught, I wonder what kind of information he could give to fill in the blanks. "pack" if you can find a shoulder I suggest you look over it. Judge that.

I agree with "horse", I was down there one time and asked for some mustard and they brought me some stuff called grey possum.

A very good thought. I myself being a student of the past find it very insightful to know what came before.

Court must still be at recess. If you want to mess with me bring it on. It`s not so much that you disagree with what I have said, but the fact that I don`t like snipers. Come out of the brush and let`s do some hand to hand.
As you have no doubt noticed this "judging" has somewhat rankled. But upon studying on this today, and reading the post about the crayons, I understand. My post used military terminology, and it was "judged" racy? Sounds like a couple of teen age girls to me. but what can I do, I invited these darlings to debate me on the facts, but no answer. So judge on crayon, when you grow up maybe we can talk as adults. Nice try but your stuff still stinks. Older and wiser.

I too was feeling awkward about Duck's last few posts, however I can understand how Paul can be secondhand traumatized by this story. The details are out of a horror movie, a living nightmare that could have happened to any of us. That is why the State prosecutes on behalf of society. Murder is a crime against each of us, including the uninvolved. The kicker is that the more I hear of David DuLin, the angrier I become. He was an incredible person and his legacy will long outlive us all.
Again a "Voice" of perception, I have spoke to him about that and he feels bad that he might have caused the family some uneasiness or hurt, with his graphic way of stating a point. But yes "Voice" the situation brings alot of us to a boil.

"Voice" glad you found the humor I meant. "horse", when you get tired of the peripherals, fill us in. Oh well, again no dragons. It seems they do tend to hide out in the dark, until they think no one will notice, then they spring out and do battle with great ability and strength. The only thing that I can see that these dragons fear is the english language. Use it in good order and we might drive them from the land. Goodnight all.

Gary Brown did say, on the stand, that he did not see anyone but the driver in the car. Even at that, the person looked as if they had their head leaning against the driver side window, he couldn't make out the face. I'll make a couple of phone calls and figure something more out.

Who's to say Wyatt Bohmont is still alive? Think about it, this is a murder case, if Wyatt Bohmont had information and was a threat, why wouldn't they murder him and throw the body in the creak? After all, it wouldn't be their first kill...

You bring up a very valid point. Doubtful but possible. What I mean by that is this. Not meaning to take away from David Dulin`s capabilities, but for the most part, decent people are not as on guard as those otherwise. Bohmont might be a little harder to sneek up on, based on what we have discovered about his activities. I doubt that he would even know what "Marquis of Queensberry" was. A "pack" depends on surprise, superior numbers, and an isolated victim. They probably would not find that with this subject. They might find THEIR kindred spirit. Just an observation.

I probably upset the girls again with that last post. They no doubt think Wyatt is quite a hunk. Think of what poor Zack would think before you judge this,(just imagine Zack reading this). Are you dissing me or taking up for Wyatt. That`s called a connundrum. Is there an icon for "too hard to figure out"? Press that one. Judge on "girls".

No "judging" yet? What is the problem? Did you work the night shift last night? That is the only reason (other than sickness), you would not be up by noon. Maybe you are having a tea party and can not be disturbed. As even you have no doubt noticed, I do not like you. Ask yourself why, please? If you only knew.

A follow-up, I have these friends, and we go around (pro-bono), righting injustice. We like picking on those that pester others with their lifestyles. In other words, You folks annoy us, and every other decent person that has to indure contact with you. Get with the program and shape up. If you can not get it together, at least shut up. (out of sight, out of mind). But if I have to address YOU anymore I can. My suggestion would be to let those responsible for expediting this situation, take care of business. Without your critique of their motives. I somewhat understand that. It`s called an oath.

Observed that many posts have been written, since I have been gone. All field trips finished. Haven't had time to read through them all. I have nothing to share in the forum. Sorry...off topic. I am sure I will have something to comment after reading the posts.

Truthseeker, just located Rick Kessinger. He is in the Greene County Jail. I can't find any 2008 charges on Missouri Case Net. Can anyone else locate the reason for Rick Kessinger being in the Greene County Jail? Maybe now people will quit having diesel fuel missing. Also fewer stuff missing. Rick Kessinger stayed at his mother's. Rick's mother lives pretty close to the pack along Crane Creek. Wonder if there is a connection?

Interesting. By the way, "kendra" glad you are back. Don`t worry about the off topic stuff, I notice most of the compliants come when what you say makes folks uncomfortable. I`m a seeker of truth, knowledge is one of the streets you take to get there. Knowledge is derived from information, even what some consider to be rambling.
