Beaver maintains a Help Desk to provide technical support for students, faculty, and staff, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. One member of the Help Desk staff is always on duty to triage and troubleshoot issues encountered on laptops--be they operating system problems or browser-based hiccups. Furthermore, the help desk staff facilitates all technology instruction on campus, develops online learning modules for various users, stays abreast of changes and developments relating to technology used at the school, disseminates important information on said technology developments, and provides support around events on campus requiring audio-visual equipment.
