The "Jobs" governor cares not about people, but only about money for his friends, the right wing bible thumpers and the mindless anti tax GOP. I would have supported the 1% increase in Virginia income tax suggested by the former governor, but NO, the mindless GOP would not even consider any such thing. Not that certain Va Democrats are much better, but at least some of them seem open to other alternatives.

They are going with the script that the "teabaggers" wrote. Can't turn

to be eaten.

I too care for a child (well, child to me, he's my brother) under this program and I too feel your pain. I find it completely ridiculous that Governor McDonnell would take us back 20-30 years due to budgetary hardship, when it is so much CHEAPER to do home based care. The facts and figures speak to this, but they are ignored by the Governor. And on top of that comes today's' news that Delegate Marshall considers disabled children to be "punishment from God". Thank God the General Assembly has some semblance of common sense, and it appears that our jobs are safe-for now. All institutions should be torn down, and community based homes built in their place.

As opposed to the idiot he ran against, you are welcome.

The economy is in rough shape and cuts need to be made. The legislature has the final word and can override any veto. The budget is made by them, not the Governor. All he can do is propose, not pass.

Put the blame where it belongs.

I have been saying that for years nothead.

Congress controls the money, not the President. Guess since you never got past 3rd grade being home schooled by your crackhead mom you never learned how the government works.

Typical Liberat moron.
