Right.

The long and the short of it is: the "recess" decision has the least significance of any decision made this session.

It has NO impact on the appoints that Obama made because the people he appointed got Senate confirmation

The Senate changed the rules to allow for majority appointments instead of supermajority.

The time "limit" on when Congress was in session/on recess was created YESTERDAY.

The Senate will at some point define when it is "in session" and these thirty second "in session" held every three days will be seen exactly for what they are.

What SCOTUS said was: future president can't do what every other president Obama back to George Washington has done in how they make recession appointments.

Not having a definition is why there was a case in the first place.

HAHAHAAHAHAHAH!

I can't make you read the decision, Sweet Pea.

No, it's more than that, it's because he's a Democrat as well.

It's nothing but points against any Republican to even suggest impeachment. Not only would it be impossible because of the Democrat Senate, but might guarantee a Democrat led Senate after next election and more Democrat seats in Congress.

No matter how bad, how lawless, how untruthful DumBama and gang are, people like the guy. They may not like the results of his actions, but they like him personally, and it's political suicide to go after a guy that the people generally like.

"CNN reported on Sunday that 53% of people questioned in the survey said they approve of the job the president is doing, with 45% saying they disapprove. The president's approval rating was at 51% in CNN's previous poll, from early April. The two point rise was well within the survey's sampling error.

The new numbers indicate that Obama remains popular, with 79% of Americans saying the president is likable."

http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2013/05/...

"(2) On policy, the president is upside down on virtually every issue polled:(-21) on the economy,(-38) on deficits,(-18) on immigration,(-21) on healthcare,(-22) on gun control,(-18) on Iran, and (-13) on income inequality, his pet issue. More on that in a moment.

(3) Fully 62 percent of respondents say they "dislike" Obama's policies. Less than one-third said they like both him personally and his policies. Conservatives should also take note that relatively few Americans (33 percent) say they dislike the president on a personal level."

So this is where we are at least right now. Yes, that could change, but the polls would have to be totally backwards for Republicans to risk an impeachment without negative ramifications.

But even if it were possible and we could kick DumBama out of office, think of who would take over the presidency next. It would be like jumping out of the pot and into the fire.

Obama is the very reason we have a Second Amendment to begin with.
LAST WEEK Pat Boone said" What I’m going to predict here is by September of this year, the major smoking gun, which is a high crime, not just a misdemeanor, but a high crime, that supposed copy of the birth certificate that is displayed on the White House website as we talk, by many experts has already proven not to be not a copy of anything, of something that perhaps doesn’t exist, which is an actual birth certificate, but it is a Photoshopped fraud created to look like what they wanted it to look like. And I say “they” because I don’t think it was the President himself but those around him. But experts who understand the techniques of these things, including a guy in my own office who knows how things are Photoshopped, and knows the telltale signs of things that have been pasted on to other documents or other things. It is obviously to anyone who knows that process is a fraud. It is not a copy of anything and that is a high crime.”

You do have a point there. A broken clock is right twice a day.

I think smoking Joe would at least have enough experience to deal with the other side on issues. With DumBama, it's his way or the highway. That's why nothing gets done and we've seen no improvement in our country or politics.

DumBama turned Washington DC into Chicago DC. We need to change it back as soon as possible. This next election is important to our country. We need to disable DumBama as much as we can.
