Yes, but his entire success in federal politics is because people liked him on a personal basis. They liked the fact that he was a Mulatto, a family man, he spoke well, and he dressed nice.
HIs mistake however was thinking that his likability and race would make him invincible to criticism and failed policies. If not for Commie Care, he would still have unbelievable numbers in the polls. Actually, polls show that people still personally like him in spite of his multiple failures and scams.
People were fine with Benghazi because it didn't directly effect them. Same with Fast and Furious. Same with the IRS scandal. But Commie Care? That effected a lot of people.
If you were not effected by Commie Care, chances are you know somebody that was. Either they lost their health insurance, lost their job, increased their employer provided insurance so high that the employer started taking out much higher employee contributions. But a lot of people were hurt by all this, so now his failed policies are overriding his personal popularity because those policies are hitting home with a lot of people. That's why the polls are showing a rapidly growing dislike of his job performance.
Oblamer has unconstitutionally delayed the most crippling mandates for a second time so the full brunt won't be felt until he finally leaves office.

The measly 7 or 8 million that have lost their health insurance is a drop in the bucket compared to whats coming.

Funny how many unconstitutional things Obama gets away with even through the GOP has a majority in the HOUSE.

No, shug, Bush was given a BRIEFING within a month of the attack on the WTC and that was after seven months of ignoring the warnings he was given in January before the attack.

The OK City bombing- by a right wing Christian- was the work of a single individual.

Happy to see that proof of any warning.

Of course, Section Eight: that would be for you a first.

right...

other than that, Bush had nothing to go on... so he went back to wacking those bushes on his vacation, it had been a hectic few months and he needed that time off...

Also with Fort Hood as well. That clown was in our military right under our governments noses. Then the empty suit called the attack workplace violence so none of the families of these poor souls could collect any compensation. We taxpayers paid him for the entire time he sat in jail until conviction which was somewhere in the range of $300,000.
If Bush knew about 911, then Clinton knew about the Oklahoma City bombing. That's how ridiculous this all is. These Bin Laden threats were coming out since 1997, and Clinton did absolutely nothing about it because like Bush, there were no specifics about any attack. No president can shut down the entire country over some "threats." If that were the case, we would be on lockdown every other day.
Indeed, the Fort Hood terrorist views were well known to his superiors, they knew he frequented jihad websites. That's what's known as specific information.

It is a concept above the mental pay grade of the cultists.

They continue to rave on about briefings. Where is the specific information about dates and times? Where is the document that names names? You know, the names like the Fort Hood and Boston jihadists. Those were specific leads for the NSA to look into, but alas, they were spying on Diane Feinstein and helping the president with his brackets instead.

Note to cultists.

Still nothing substantive? Nothing to counter the fall from grace? This guy was a superstar, now he's ignored in the world leader rankings. All you seem to do is attempt to get folks to look anywhere but at the fact of Obama being dismissed by foes as a lightweight, merely tolerated by friends, and the press is finally catching on.

You're starting to look downright presidential.

No one lsot their health coverage....the insurance industry was upgrade/update new coverage to meet the law of the land. The insurance made that cardinal mistake of dropping old policies. It was inevitable that the insurance industry jack up ppls. premiums...its called greed.

The cultists are unable to present ANYTHING with specifics of a planned attack. They continue to go to this dry well. My question always remains the same, what would your course of action have been?
Would you have closed down all commercial, passenger and private air travel? How about military?
How long would you have shut down the American economy in preparation for an attack for which there were no specifics? What would prevent the terrorists from just waiting until commerce was resumed?
There was no specific information in regards to the 9-11 attack, unlike the attack at the Boston Marathon where the two terrorists were named by the Russians as being dangerous. All Obama had to do was have someone look on their Facebook page, take note they had recently travelled to an extremist country, and maybe....just maybe...started using the NSA for more than spying on little old ladies in the Senate...
There was credible evidence of a planned attack, it was in Boston, 2013, not NYC 2001.
There was credible evidence supplied by the FBI & CIA alomg with our counterterrorist expert.

At President Clinton’s direction, no fewer than 10 federal agencies issued a chilling ultimatum to banks and mortgage lenders to ease credit for lower-income minorities or face investigations for lending discrimination and suffer the related adverse publicity. They also were threatened with denial of access to the all-important secondary mortgage market and stiff fines, along with other penalties.
The threat was codified in a 20-page “Policy Statement on Discrimination in Lending” and entered into the Federal Register on April 15, 1994, by the Interagency Task Force on Fair Lending. Clinton set up the little-known body to coordinate an unprecedented crackdown on alleged bank redlining.
The edict — completely overlooked by the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission and the mainstream media — was signed by then-HUD Secretary Henry Cisneros, Attorney General Janet Reno, Comptroller of the Currency Eugene Ludwig and Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan, along with the heads of six other financial regulatory agencies.

That's another lie. Bush inherited 260k jobs per month being created and 4.1% unemployment. He screwed that growth up immediately
As stupid as you are dumb:

The Bush economy:

"Democrats like to claim the 1990s were a golden age while the Bush years have been disastrous. But as the nearby chart shows, Mr. Bush inherited a recession. The dot-com bubble had burst in 2000, and the economy was sinking even before the shock of 9/11, the corporate scandals and Sarbanes-Oxley. Mr. Bush's original tax-cut proposal was designed in part as insurance against such a downturn."

"However, to win over Senate Democrats, Mr. Bush both phased in the tax rate reductions and settled for politically popular but economically feckless tax rebate checks. Those checks provided a short-term lift to consumer spending but no real boost to risk-taking or business investment, which was still recovering from the tech implosion. By late 2002, the economy was struggling again -- which is when Mr. Bush proposed his second round of tax cuts."

"This time the tax rate reductions were immediate, and they included cuts in capital gains and dividends designed to spur business incentives. As the tax cuts became law in late May 2003, the recovery began in earnest. Growth averaged nearly 4% over the next three years, the jobless rate fell from 6.3% in June 2003 to 4.4% in October 2006, and real wages began to grow despite rising food and energy prices. The 2003 tax cut was the high point of Bush economic policy."

"Nonetheless, the budget deficit did fall mid-decade, as tax revenues soared with the expansion. In fiscal 2007, the deficit hit $161 billion, or an economically trivial 1.2% of GDP. That seems like a distant memory after the bailout blowout of the last few months, but the point is that the Bush tax cuts aren't responsible for the deficits. Before the recession hit, federal tax revenues had climbed above their postwar average of 18.3% of GDP."

You don't need 3rd party info. The numbers to confirm are in the BLS Unemployment report for Jan 2001
as ignorant as you are dishonest:

Brokeback Barry hasn't fixed anything:

This “official unemployment rate” has been manipulated throughout the years. The current version does not include discouraged workers (those who stop looking for work, or no longer can qualify for unemployment benefits) and the underemployed (those who take part-time jobs just to get by).

Rep. Duncan D. Hunter, R-Calif., stated in The Washington Times,“The official unemployment rate treats this subset of Americans, totaling as many as 88 million people, as if they just vanished ... call it what it is, an accounting gimmick.”

So What Is the Real Number That Obama Would Prefer You Don’t See?

The real unemployment rate is an eye-opening 22.3%, according to John Williams with Shadow Government Statistics ... nearly triple the “official unemployment rate.”

But as alarming as this number is, certain experts — like Dick Morris, John Bolton, Lou Dobbs, Newt Gingrich, and Larry Kudlow — believe our economic situation could get much, MUCH worse.
