why would a person be that close to be hit by a train...? just asking

Was the guy hearing or visually impaired? Trains make alot of noise and flashing lights. It just doesn't make alot of sense.

You can see, hear, and FEEL a train traveling 25 mph from 1/4 mile away.
What are they not telling in these reports?
This type of incident has happen a number of times this year alone. The young man had to be deaf, blind and a quadriplegic not to know the train was coming or he was playing chicken or on drugs.
Yes, I know it sounds cruel, but there is no way he didnt know the train was coming if he was walking the tracks which he had been warned NOT TO DO!
Wake up people. There was a reason he died, and it wasnt the fault of the train crew!
My condolences to the family, but the whole story isn't being told here.
