when you take it upon yourself to hurt someone for your personnal gain, then you must pay the price. you can run red lights all day but in one of those intersections you will die. When he slashed that person's throat, that was a decision to kill so he must pay with his life being subjected to freedomless living. this should be front page so the next youth robber knows whats in store.
