The power is back on at the Chesterfield County Government complex. Lights went out at the complex around 9:15 a.m. Monday after tree trimmers in the area removed branches near power lines.

The outage didn't save chesterfield a dime, they have an ongoing contractual rate agreement with dominion power to supply services whether its needed or not.
It cost chesterfield plenty more when they let the workers go home.
