This individual ran for this office promising to upload the laws of the commonwealth of Virginia. Upon being elected to this office, he took an oath at his swearing in ceremony to upload those same laws. If he is now not willing to do that, he should at least have the decency to resign from the position.

why can't they be happy with using the phrase "civil union" and then give them the same rights as a legal marriage.
