Richmond Police Sues For Civil Rights Violation

Officer Wesley Moore, a K-9 training officer with Richmond police says the alleged incident happened last August while he was driving around a pile of debris blocking the street.

I live in this area and not all but a lot of the police in this area are not very nice. I think if it happens to another officer not un uniform it is time that someone stand to and pay attention.

There are problems within the police department. However Ms. cook has been having an open affair with this particular police officer for almost 20 years so it is natural that she would come to his defense.

Heard about the case wasn't big sounded as if an internal investigation was done and no relief so he filed a civil suit. Reading the post it seems the girlfriend, the wife and Ofcr Moore are having their own dialouge. Which ends in him calling his wife dumb. Defamation of charcter can be proved by pictures, documents, firsthand witness statements etc. It could have been alleged that Cook was a homewrecker, tramp, adultress or slut. If true no defamation pitiful yes.

You all need to grow up and find another arena for this dialouge or confront each other. If his case is still active you all have not helped it but ruined it. The internet is read by millions and if he cheats he lies to everyone even the girlfriend. which is a character flaw, creditability. If the officers charged or the pd or anyone reads this you all have thrown him under the bus and his comment. thnik 1st
