Guess the judge felt sorry because the idiot lost a testicle when the police shot him.

Somehow I don't think that is a reason to allow a dangerous alcoholic criminal that attempted to murder police officers to be turned loose on society.

The judge is wrong and has shun his responsibility to protect the public.
