I guess they are no different than City Council. The council is elected panhandlers themselves. I mean really...

Look back at the travel expenses, handouts, and pilfering from this and former possy members. As they say,“the truth will set you free”.

What did each council member do before becoming a member of the council? Finding the answer / truth will NOT set you free. However, the only thing that is FREE is the ride they take.

Where’s Chuck Richardson when we need him?

Stay clear.

I live in glen Allen and at busy intersection of broad street and pouncy track. There is a man that begs for money. He leers into your window and winks at me. He makes me very uncomfortable. I saw him leave oneday in a brand new truck. THIS IS SO WRONG.

and with the signs written on cardboard. im a Vet and homeless. they fight for our county and now they stand on every cornor and beg us to feel sorry for them. What the hell are you people thinking when you give them money. Do you really think that you helping them to get a place to stay or food or a job.
Uhmm No you helping them get a buzz and drunk or a fix. REALLY People give me Money i take too
Most likely they aren't Vets at all. Just another ploy to get money. It's a shame that people like that take away from people who really need it.

If you ever talk to these guys, very few are actually veterans. Most of those of us who did serve in the military (even during peacetime, in my case) can "fish out" many of their lies within a few minutes.
Those who actually were combat vets can probably out the liars in mere seconds.
I remember one guy I met long ago (who was not begging for money, but was bragging about his combat days) who told me that he was a sergeant in the US Navy. LOL!

Jesus tells us to feed and clothe the poor. i have been in a situation for several weeks homeless w an infant and if not for the helping hands of others i would have slept in a truck. you dont know what others are going through so dont be so quick to judge.
