James has a good heart. I am disappointed in the outcome of these events so far but I will say that he certainly has served as an inspiration to me. Whether he did wrong or not he gave me courage and helped my belief system, both indirectly, because most people (especially black men our age) won't think outside the lies of the system as far as goto school, get a good education, to get a good job, to make good money and be average all your life - broke, busted, disgusted and can't be trusted. You might get you a "good" job but you are a slave and get in debt trying to get lil things you want so you can be comfortable and look good and smell good but lets be real... most people in fact suffer from broke-itis. Yet they won't think outside the box on how to get wealthy. Outside of god, you family, and your health, WHAT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN GETTING WEALTHY??? But most people dont believe that they can achieve anything b/c they are lazy or they get caught up in the system in the rat race on the treadmill of life. James (again, whether he did wrong or not) thought like the 3% of society and he got rich which inspired me because I thought, "if he can make that kind of money, I know I can" - in my business endeavors. The sky is the limit if you change your thinking to that of wealth. To see one of my boys to do that is an inspiration

Several Months back I wrote and in response to my last message koconut in Glenn Allen, Currently the way the story goes is that were getting 30% back thats not much. I am getting prepared to write a article for March 2008 is any investors have anything that they would like to share please e mail me @[email protected] because so far I have been the facebook for this crisis it was me that broke the story with chanel 6 at my old apartment complex in petersburg, and the first to make it to the times dispatch. Because there are so many people that I represented and I was going to sum it all as best as I could and this will not be forgotten I can promise you and there are 2 bills on the books at the capital in reference to the events I read the purpose driven life... and there were a sequence of emotions that happend to us, but hopefully there are measures in place to see that this not be another central virginia event.. I would like to hear how everyone else is managaing and hope that this year god turns lives around for those families that were not able to pick up the pieces and press forward and Live Life and Press Forward.

Are you an idiot Samantha? I hope you lost money with this lowlife piece of shit. I like the way you say we don't want a black man to be succcessful, well here is another instance of a black man ripping off someone else, the ironic thing is he was doing it to all black people. I guess they are the only ones dumb enough to fall for it. Irony is great.

Concerning the situation with James E Brown Jr and his company I would like to say that James is not the type of person to rob or steal (like some of the journalists have mentioned) if anything he was giving and willing to share with anyone in need. I am in shock that he would even be considered to be fake considering the fact he was building his empire for the people. I would honestly like to speak to the people who reportedly complained to the FBI and other officials...there was never a time where James couldn't deliver any amoumt a client requested to be cashed out. This is all about speculation and you know how it is once the rumor mill starts going. People honestly dont want to believe that a young, black man like himself was doing that good for himself. Its really sad and devastating.

2007 i spoke for two hours to a woman at he FBI named Sue Vicki. At the time she told me they had recovered 3 million, and were going to sell off his assets to recover more money. The money recovered was going back to the Victims. However Ms. Vicki lso told me that they were using some of the recovered money to pay for he impounding fees of all his vehicles. "I asked Ms Vicki if that money was considered stolen and they knew who the rightful owners were why are they using stolen money to pay the impound fees. She said well it has to be paid.

Has anyone ever gotten any of the tha 3 million back.

The FBI stole from us too!!!!

James isn't reading this you big idiots. He has access to email from prison but can't freely get on line.
He is getting out THIS year and he will be successfull!
The IRS is full of themselves and the reporters made this story sound so much worse then it really is.
I do forex trading i am INC. so they won't get me for mail fraud.
Suck on that IRS and the FBI.
James is one of the smartest men I have ever met and this situation has only taught him how to be even smarter. He's had 6 years to read and think
About his future and how he will benefit from all of this.

This is James Brown Jr. I just want to apologize for my actions, and the effect that it had on everyone. I did not knowingly run a Ponzi scheme, but I did know that my investment company was illegal due to the lack of license as well as my felony conviction. There is no excuse for my ignorance, or foolish actions. I also want my clients to know that starting approximately 6 months from January I will begin to repay clients, in full. I know that most of you all won't believe that it can be done or that I can do it, but I can and I will, but I do understand your doubt, and I will show and prove through my actions. I just hope that the payments can somehow help undo all the negative affects that I have caused.

I would like to first say that those who invested money into Mr. brown's "Ponzi Scheme" GET OVER It!!!. After getting to know Mr. Brown on a personal level, I truly believe that this wasn't at first a "Ponzi scheme" and yes I'm putting quotation marks around "Ponzi scheme" for a reason. He is an amazing person that sees real potential in people thus me. Therefore by starting a business that would allow him to help others only seemed right. However I deeply believe that Mr. Brown might have bitten off more than he could swallow thus turning his potential business into some might call a scam. Nonetheless I’m impressed by how much this young BLACK man can accomplish (and they say young black men are stupid). To those who invested money into Mr. Brown’s investment company, I’m sorry to say but “higher the reward, higher the risk” simple finance for those dumb asses. Yet to Mr. Brown I applaud you, you are the FIRST BLACK man that I have encountered that has the intelligence to think outside the box on how to gain wealth other then sell drugs, rap, steal and etc. So to all investors, you should count yourself lucky, seeing as it could have been a typically black scenario where the young black man sell drugs to your kids then later find your offspring’s doped up and dead. I would like to finish with this “the LOVE of money is the root of all evil” with that being said if you (investor) didn't have love of money then you wouldn't be in this predicament... now would you?
