they should be trained in rock climbing before doing that.if youre not sure about were youre going you shouldnt be there.

Not being rude or anything but I believe they were rock jumping not rock climbing. I believe the James River Park System doesn't have any classes on the techniques of proper rock jumping but they do have a rock climbing class at Belle Isle.
