Why doesn't Overland try to get Oveolia Environmental Services to give a bid on picking up their trash?
How is this controlled now that the Overland taxes collected for trash control is now used in some other way?
In other words if the people wanted to have another company for trash removal how do they go about it? Each resident call the company! I don't think that would work!
Who does the negotiating?
I remember reading in the paper where WM is giving the people in Charlack a cheaper rate and they supply a 90 gal. dumpster at no additional charge, the people in Overland pay more for the trash pickup plus an extra $10.00 for a dumpster!
So what is the procedure if they want to change??
