Chesterfield has alot of yards with trash in them that make the homes look ran down and dirty,how can people stand to livvve this way?There are homes who noone lives in that need to be condemned.Some homes people live is should be tore down are a bad eye sore.That have no electric or running water ,this should not be allwoed.Chesterfield is getting as abd as Medora and Fidelity.The older people are selling there homes to get out of these towns for the fact there homes arnt worth anything for the homes next to them ..Theses people can afford to drink alchol and buy drugs but cant afford to keep there yards and houses up
