Three days shy of her 20th anniversary on the Northampton County bench, Judge F.P. Kimberly McFadden made history by being the first person ever elected as president judge in the county.

She has issues. A man hater. She has a guideline for sentencing women, and men.A they differ. AND, she has lied to cover her behind on appeals.
