The Kozy Korner Klub is still there but you would not recognize it. New owners and a different type of venue. Not the same old wateringhole. Used to go in on Sat AM and drink coffee and read the paper......not anymore.
I've also been gone about 25 yrs. The whole town lost something when the Casino came to town.
Mary Lou has the White Stallion up on 30 and it is not the same....she is though.

The cactus is the "white stallion" or something like that. The lady that owned the Kozy Korner Klub owns the old cactus. The casino is at the old racetrack and it is a big deal. Open 24/7 with tables and slots

I beg to differ bout the town changing it is just like it was basically in the 60's and 70's although I do addmit it has less and less over the years not more and more also less population and tearing down old houses little by little go down to the river and you will think it is about 1965 see cabin crusiers, platform boats and speed boats the jet skies are a new addition brings you into the 90's and the 2000's. It has always been a late night spot and pretty good food all over. they used to have a locale bus service this is another thing that has been lost along with jobs. so don't know what the future will be guess somone will always be hear
