With all the negative media reporting, THIS story is worth telling. God is truly working within all of us. This woman's God-heart saved this little boy's life and possibly planted a seed within this child that we are never truly alone. God bless all involved.

Thanks to the Capital One employee for taking the extra time and going the extra mile to help. So many times people just don't give a darn when it doesn't involve themselves. This is a lesson we should all learn from.......just take the time to listen!!! God Bless All.

Kudos to you Ms. Washington, you are a hero for sure. How many of us would have gone on to the next call without wondering what was going on in that little boy's world. Thanks for taking the time to be a friend and a caring Christian woman. God bless you.

Yeah, and watch Capital One fire her for violating a company policy or something along those lines.

Anyway, we need more people like Ms. Washington in this world. Far too many people have an "I don't care about anyone but myself, and if you don't like that, screw you." attitude about life. On the other hand, there is such a thing as being too nice (an example of being too nice is someone who stops in the middle of rush hour traffic to attempt to let someone cross the street in front of them or someone who will sit in the middle of a busy street letting a whole line of cars out of a side street).
