Ma'am, you did an amazing job. He returned that call for a reason - God needed you to help him. You are wonderful and he is blessed to have called you back. Everything happens for a reason. Great article! And I agree w/ the others - an awesome change from the mundane and sad news articles that are posted everyday.

What a lucky little boy to have accidentally contacted a caring woman that knew exactly what to do with little to no time to even think about it. Ms. Washington, your quick thinking and actions in an emergency situation have shown that besides a hero, you are definitely management material. You and your family should be very proud!

Best wishes for the little boy

Even though a deceased person was found, it turned out good for the little boy thanks to the call operator. Good for her.

This lady deserves the key to the city.

Instead of being complacent and hanging up, she used good judgement and helped this kid out.

Wonderful job!!! So glad to hear these collection agencies are good for something besides being hateful to folks who HONESTLY cannot afford to put food on the table much less pay their bills bless their hearts. Come on....I know someone out there has a nasty comment about that. But, you know, not everybody can be poor and understand how that is.
