I have lived in Chester for 40 yrs. The only attraction to outsiders is the Chester Airport. Sky diving and gliders are the only civilized activities offered in this rundown hole. Considering the ratio of accidents at Sky Dive to the gang activity. The Herald has always aimed at the worst in Chester and always will. Right or wrong, no successful cause should be degraded.
