We are very disappoointed in the lack of customer appreciation from "A Lasting Touch" and the lack of their desire to stand behind their work. We will not go baqck. Instead we will advise everyone that we know of the extremely poor results we experienced. We no will take our piece of furniture to
Charlotte for repair. So much for trying to support a local merchant.

We tried to use their services but are very disappoint in their lack of interest to stand behind their restoration work. We will no take our piece of furniture to Charlotte to have the work done correctly. So much for trying to support the local merchant. We will not go back but will instead alert our community and friends of our poor experience.

Surprised to see the other post about disappointment. We just had 8 pieces restored and/or refinished. We couldn't be happier! The price paid was very fair - a bargain really and the quality of the workmanship was superb. We were so happy we gave them 2 more pieces and they still have 2 in process. Great work from great people. The entire time they had our furniture, they kept us up to date as to progress. Very professional and reliable. WE WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE WE KNOW!

Will never do business with this company again. Took my antique rocker in to be caned and the caning work done was horrible. Had to pay another caner to fix the bad job that was done. Would never recommend this company.
