Mr. Russo: Good Luck. If I had to deal with that Dork Don Mains who is a councilman of Southwest Ranches, New York wouldn't be far enough away for me! I'm sure Port Chester will appreciate you more than SWR ever could or did. You don't owe SWR any explanation. You deserve better. Poor Bert Wrains, now he has to deal with what you have had to deal with!

SWR officials SHOULD have known more than a month ago.
