My wife and I thinking of purchasing unit in LH. My only question is besides $400 HOA fee how much a month we'll need to pay for a property tax, etc. another word what will be the total monthly expence excluding utilities. Thank you.

Technically if you're renting you're not allowed to have pets. If you own, you can have up to 2 dogs / cats. Hope this helps.

I just moved to Lexington Hills about 3 months ago and low income i don't think so. I live there with my husband who is a NYPD Narcotics Agent and my son. We love it and wouldn't move back to the city for nothing. I would highly recommend this development for anyone. The commute is not bad at all. I drive 2 miles to central valley park and ride and take a bus from there and i'm in the city in an hour.
I agree, there is no low income in Harriman, NY. I am trying to find a place in Lexington. I live, and rent in Harriman. The rent is very high. The rules, and regulations for what I pay. Time to purchase. Thanks for sharing.
