Thank you Bo for your dedication to the Berkshires.
I happen to know that you could have set up shop elsewhere and would have probably had a much easier time finding a work force that fit your needs. But, I remember promotional materials that Village Ventures put out back then that proudly displayed the Berkshires as the great place to live that it is. I can remember the theory that bringing the workforce to the Berkshires was ultimately better than locating where the workforce is. This is exactly what we in North Adams need to promote. There's no reason why good jobs cannot be located right here. There's no reason why our citizens cannot be the benifactors of many of those new good jobs.

I don't care if it's his money, knowledge, or commitment to the area, Bo has done more the create jobs in NA in a few years than Barrett could imagine doing his entire carreer. Bo has managed to make money and expand employment. Barrett has badly managed to spend everyone's money but his own, and cut jobs.

As an investor of our city Bo is admitting what a joke Barrett is. Think of all the developers and investors that Barrett turned off. Most leave and you never hear from them again. Barrett proudly shouts they were no good for the city anyway. Thank you Bo for your insight, ignoring our insulting mayor, and keeping good jobs in Northern Berkshires that pay more than a sear's appliance center that employs a couple of people.

This election will prove to be an aggregate IQ test for the city. Has anyone learned anything in 26 years? We'll find out on Tuesday.
