How do you know this?? Mr Carr is seeking a consulting position and we have not known him to be dishonest, even in the F&S case, but that has yet to be confirmed. Where was heprior that dishonest things happened?

You might want to check with the former owner of F&S and ask him why Mr. Carr was fired from F&S shortly before the company went under. Even if you feel that he is not known to be dishonest, there certainly is a huge question of his competence that you probably should answer before hiring him as a consultant.
