Oh really? I'm thinking one of the councilmen asked about that later. He asked about something being missed on the agenda. Ha! I guess Bill knew folks would be all for testing--and would have said so--loudly! Ha! I'm over the stoners around here and I'm sure I'm not alone.

we are sick of all the drugs and pill heads as well and apparently the fireoworks you hear a couple nights a week are a boat bringing drugs on the back street by the funeral home ..so maybe someone should check that out when they hear them !!
