Most food lands you gotta be careful shopping there. It will be close of being expired on stuff you buy . I've been in five of them. They are all the same way. Buy meat elsewhere! Don't buy it at food land please. There's a girl that works there that is on drugs and a known what most call, tramp! I know for a fact she's on pills and has black guys with her most of the time. She stock piles stuff . Her brother will screw anything. He's engaged or probably married by now. I heard from several people and seen it myself. She had three black guys walking and one in a truck , while she was pregnant she was buying pills. Calling the law through Chelyan -Cabin Creek area you are wasting time. They won't show up till an hour. She's a good worker. She's still on drugs supposedly and hanging with a bunch of men.

The prices are jacked up in the Chelyan foodland, you can get food anywhere cheaper. They know that most of the shoppers are spending food stamps and WIC so they don't care to pay it because they didn't work for it. Its easier for them to shop at foodland because they can walk to it.

is better than Chelyan or Chesapeake ..however the employees and customers are quite the sight..we call it "redneck shopping" , no one uses cash..all ebt..more wasted tax dollars

why would you even shop in a store that SMELLS like that one?! It's ALWAYS been funky!! It was funky when it was Sav-A-Lot, and it's funky as Foodland.

Go to Kroger...they accept your EBT cards too, ya know.

They can walk to Foodland, its easier than catching the bus to Marmet and half of them smell funky themselves.

Why the f*ck would they go all the way to Marmet when there is an entire shopping plaza (within walking distance if they're not too lazy) on the other end of the bridge?!

Clearly, logic is not your strong point. Wow.

I listened the other day to a manager complaining that walmart is running them out of business. I smiled as I looked around, and could see an inch of dirt on top of their cigarette display, another inch of dirt in the bottom of the boxes of the potato chip display right next to managers box, and 40 billion cobwebs plastered on the walls above coolers, and managers box.

The problem isn't walmart, it is poor management and ownership that doesn't reinvest in itself. A wet rag and soap can go a long way.

Rude employees, old food, and they are too high. The old stuff they mark down is still more than what you would pay at Kroger's. The black guy that works there in the store and the one from Mary's place are the only people that ever greet you or smile.
