Full story: WCHS-TV Charleston

Marmet Police arrested Travis Snodgrass, 24, of Marmet on Monday. According to a criminal complaint, Snodgrass is accused of touching a 12-year-old girl inappropriately twice and then assaulting her in August.

The girl in question has accused multiple people of this. The last time she did this she was hospitalized for "problems". I'm not sure the amount of people she has accused, but I know the last case against one of her "attackers" was proven false. I cant believe this was even persued.
