Nutria's days may be numbered at Beach
“Yes, I'm concerned they're here”
Poop does not lie. And there was plenty of nutria poop to be side stepped last week at Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. via The Virginian-Pilot

My neighbors and I are scared to death!! We live in Southern Woods on a canal and there is a family of at least six (6) nutria. They come in our yards often. We have dogs and we are afraid they might be cornered and get injured We live on Butler Lane which actually is a cul-de-sac. Who do we contact and how do we get rid of them? The Wildlife Resource was of absolutely no help!

Shoot or trap the sob's as Va. Beach Animal Control won't do squat unless of course a tourist is bitten by one then all hell will break loose as heaven forbid a "tourist" was harmed. Boo-hoo. Poor tourist.
