Paul Hart Sr. Demanding Mayor to fire Chief Gibson

Paul Hart and his son Paul Nathan were served a summons to appear in Lawrence County Municipal Courton Monday. When Chief Gibson served him just before the Council meeting started on Monday night Paul Hart Sr. got very upset that he was served and demanded Mayor Gilpin to fire Chief Gibson immediately. The Harts are not any better than anyother person getting served a summons. Chief Gibson was not even working for the Chesapeape Police Department when he served Paul Hart and his son. Why should the Chief be fired for doing his job as a Process Server. Sounds like Paul has it out for the Chief because he won't be there puppet. Village Residents lets support our Chief and let the Mayor know the Chief was just doing his job when he served the Harts for illegal gambling and paying out to the winners.

How does someone sit on our village council who knowingly runs and has ran illegal gambling? I'm glad to see that Paul Jr is out, next lets get Father Time outta there....This village needs to move in a new direction, and as long as the Harts have any control or power, it never will get that chance......I just hope mayor Gilpin doesn't let the Harts run over him and fire Dennis....Dennis is a good cop, he does his job, and I always see him out there doing his job, whereas our previous chief Russ Bennett was nowhere to be found

The only reason Pual Hart wants Dennis fired is because Dennis will not do his dirty work for him. If you break the Law regardless of who you are a Councinlman or what you should be charged with the crime the same as others. Paul Hart you and your FAMILY have got by with so many things through out the years it's time you pay for your wrongfull doings you've done.

I think its funny that Paul Hart Sr is on city council, but I strangely don't remember the last time his name was on a ballot.......and also I think its odd that lil Paul was not voted in this year, losing the election but will be appointed to city council

Man, that was years and years ago. Really? I just thought it was because Dennis used to be the mechanic for Paul Sr back when they had the garage (he really does remind me of cooter now that i remembered him being a grease monkey). Anyway, now that Dennis has some legit power, he probably enjoys putting it to the Harts for having to work in that nasty garage for so many years under one of the most crooked families around. Dennis does not have any 'legit power', his training records were falsified by Bennett and Gilpin in 2008. If you are from Chesapeake you know that Dennis wasn't around for years. He should have recertified throught OPOTA. That iss why he is under investigation by BCI and the AG's office right now. And yes, he looks like Cooter!
