Here is a French translation of the same event:

Piles of heads, hands, and feet were to be seen in the streets of the city. It was necessary to pick one's way over the bodies of men and horses. But these were small matters compared to what happened at the Temple of Solomon, a place where religious services are ordinarily chanted. What happened there? If I tell the truth, it will exceed your powers of belief. So let it suffice to say this much, at least, that in the Temple and porch of Solomon, men rode in blood up to their knees and bridle reins. Indeed, it was a just and splendid judgment of God that this place should be filled with the blood of the unbelievers, since it had suffered so long from their blasphemies.

Obamacare/ The afordable Care Act will remain law, the debt ceiling will be raised and Texas will not be allowed to recede because y'all will hang in there and take the a$$ whipping you deserve. Ted Cruz will be to Texas what Palin is to Alaska, a dumba$$ on a dead end road!

The whole thing is a blame game,The debt ceiling will be raised because we are now paying interest only on the debt. This is because of cutting taxes for the rich.. But T bills and other treasury notes are a large part of the national debt. Unless the debt ceiling is raised, those will be defaulted. Since congressmen and some retirement plans are partly into treasury notes and T bills, those will be protected. Closing down the government and defaulting on debt would be shooting themselves and ourselves in the foot. The whole thing is a dog and pony show.

Allen, Cruz will continue to be very popular in Texas, as he reflects Texas views. The word you're looking for is"secede", not"recede". The debt ceiling will be raised, I'm sure of it.As far as that"ass whipping", I guess that's an ass whipping we'll have to take!

Recede: To go back to a more distant point; retreat; withdraw.

Secede: To withdraw formally from an alliance, federation, or association.

Key word here, withdraw.

Popular or not Cruz has made a fool of himself and the state of Texas.

I have never been to Treblinka. I have been to Dachau. Gruesome, creepy. Its kind of like someone hidden is watching. The arbeit macht frei signs are still there. Explanation was not my goal. But possibly understanding the complexity of the conflict could help prevent escalation and help win if it does escalate. Understanding your enemy is more important than understanding your friend. Understanding does not mean weakness nor does considering another perspective mean you are wavering in loyalties.

The Rebubblic of Texas begged the U.S. to become a state because they were to lazy to work and pay their own taxes. Once they became a state the U.S. paid off ALL their debts and divided the lazy Rebubblic of Texas into several regions. All loud mouth lazy lying Texicans do is sit on their lazy dead ass and tell bullshit stories, like you maggot, a U.S. Government Texican welfare leech.

Yes, the US needed Texas badly.Texas has done well for itself, with a trillion plus economy which is the second largest in the country. Can you believe, the US wanted Texas so badly, they paid off the Texas debt incurred during the Mexican war? Good old Andrew Jackson! Sam Houston's Bitch......

Number One, you goofy turd, that's typical Texican Repubelick bullshit coming from a typical freeloading fruitcake. The only reason why TexAss is somewhat temporarily prospering is because of OIL and the DOPE TRAFFIC, you DOPEY bipolar nitwit.

Watching the NC news, there's plenty of dope traffic in our state.

Also, there's oil off the NC and SC coast which gets everyone in an uproar at the mere suggestion of drilling.

Crack down on dope trafficking and let's start some fracking.

Might be this broke ass state could some see prosperity temporarily or permanently.

TSF before you start, this state isn't economically depressed because of the NC legislature.

We sold out to China from cotton mills to furniture making and let's face it, there's not much in the way of tourism to offer. Carowinds and the White Water Center off the nasty Catawba doesn't exactly scream "fun."

Yes, Texas is an industrial powerhouse, even discounting oil and gas. Why? Texas has fewer business restrictions, and several top twenty ports.Houston is home to the huge Texas Medical Center, one of the largest medical complexes in the world.Houston I'd home to more top 100 companies than any other city, except for NYC.EAST TEXAS timber production is robust, the Valley in South Texas produces huge amounts of produce, and of course, Texas leads the nation in livestock.Texas fisheries are also an important source of revenue.Texas is a diamond, not easily set free by the socialist traitors in WASHINGTON DC.
