All I see about any of these Capital Penny Tax projects is hand waving. Where are the actual numbers? How much tourist revenue to we get now - both local gross spending and local taxes collected - and what is that expected to rise to as a result of the Patriot Park improvements? How does it compare to local resident spending and taxes collected? I want to see carefully prepared estimates from experts, not hand waving designed solely to promote the project. Right now I feel like a lamb being lead to slaughter and barring receipt of a lot more hard facts I plan to vote NO.
