a fine man from sedan is running against canadaY.GARY HOUSE, ATTORNEY,from sedan has enough republican signatures,to be put on the ballot.its time canaday was replaced!!any one who has sat in his courtroom,knows he has been in POWER too long. treats people like they are
beneath him,no only the defendants but their relatives, and anyone else that happenings to be in his sights. he is not the type of person that handles authority well. call your attorney, see what they say.Mr. House has many years experience in court settings. everyone seems to say good things about him. they say this is the year of change!!

I don't know. I know ALL about Canaday. House -? To say Mr. House has X amount years of experience in Sedan just isn't enough for me compaired to Montgomery County Courts. Heck, I have more people that live on and around my block that in all of Sedan. I'm not saying he's not a good choice, i just need MORE info about him, that's all. But your are righ, Canaday does speak down to people at times. T.C.

cANADAY HAS BEEN ON THE BENCH WAY TOO LONG, WE NEED NEW PEOPLE IN THE SYSTEM,FRESH MINDS WITH COMMON SENSE,GOSSERT AND COLLINS ARE JUST STARTING THEIR TRIP THRU THE MUCK, NOT BURNT OUT.
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW MANY OF THE PEOPLE THAT WORK AROUND (UNDER) CANADAY,WOULD VOTE FOR HIM AGAIN!!! HOW MANY OF THEM LIKE COMING TO WORK EACH DAY? HOW MANY HAVE QUIT AND OR BEEN PRESSURED TO RESIGN, HOW MANY HAVE BEEN RELEASED FROM THEIR DUTY'S??? I KNOW ONE OR TWO THAT SHOULD RESPOND.

There are too many roosters in our pig pen of a chicken house, aka Montgomery county court house. We need a strong chief judge that will stand for what is right and not let the opinions of the others, which we continue to place in authority over our courts, sway his judgment. I believe that judge should be Mr. House. We need to stop voting on names that we are idiotically accustomed to. Do not just not vote for him because you do not personaly know him. Do your homework and study before you vote.

Election 2008

Just because Mr. House is elected does not make him the chief judge. This is decided in Topeka. I have worked with the Honarable Judge Canaday and will support him wholly. He is fair and I would venture to say those who do not like him have been on the wrong side of the court room.

I had heard he was very obnoxious. But I didn't realize it was THIS bad! WOW!! Isn't that called "disruption in the court" or maybe even "disorderly conduct"! LOL

I officated a game at Cherryvale Mr. Canaday's son
was a senior, he had already been put on watch by the school, for his POOR sportsmanship, the C-vale coach gave him a clip board to do a shot chart he didn't like a call, broke the clip board threw it onto the court. EJECTED!

Another time he was ejected from a game and the on duty deputy would not remove him, as required by rule, for fear for his job. The athletic dir. had to remove him. This is why Rule 52(sportmanship rule) is posted at C-vale more than any high school you ever seen.

Gary House is a intelligent man with a strong personality that would be good for Montgomery County. He has practiced law for several years in all types of cases. He is more than qualified for this job.

He just let out a guy on 25,000 bond who is charged with 'rape of a child under 14' for raping his own 12 year old daughter. The daughter is in foster care. The criminal is living at home with his wife and 4 year old daughter. The county prosecuter requested no bail.

We definitely need to vote Canady out of office. He has been in office for way too long and thinks of himself as God. I appreciate that he considers himself a christian with high moral standards but he thinks he has evolved about the rest of the world. Mr. House is honest, fair, and treats people with the respect they deserve. Let's give him a try.
