If you hire a Chief from outside, it might take him a little while to figure things out.

I am very pleased with the new Cherryvale Chief and Asst. Cheif. They have brought alot of good things to the Police Dept. and the City Of Cherryvale. The Dept and its officer look and are acting more proffesional than in the past. Praise to Chief Dennis and Asst. Cheif Lambert. Great website to.
