TD Bank says it will refund fees from glitch

I'm sticking with TD Bank/Commerce. While this glitch is a PITA now, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. They've given me years of good service and this is a one-time thing as far as I'm concerned. Had this been Bank of America, which I despise, I'd be gone.
