Anyone else have problems with food at salad works? I've noticed a decline in good service & preparation of food during the last year. We pay enough for their sandwiches (which can feed 3 people). I would expect their food and prep to be as good as it used to be.

SaladWorks is way overpriced and you are getting at best bulk institutional food. The think that got me to never eat at ANY of their outlets ever again was I saw someone behind the counter preparing food without gloves on which is a clear violation of NJ Food Handling Regs. When I pointed this out to someone who appeared to be a manager he didn't even bother to answer me and looked at me cross-eyed as if it was a joke. That's why I will never patronize them and I suggest nobody else does either if you value not getting sick from their obviously incompentent staff.

The Saladworks on 73 near Burl Coat Factory has gone downhill the past two yrs. I've found hair in my food 3 x there. Won't eat there again. The staff is rude too unlike the old nice staff.
