Yeah, right, as if Sean and Don weren't fully aware that Bucky's ex girfriend, Sean's sister, was helping Bucky. As if Sean's sister just so happene dot have night vision goggles...... As if they weren't peeling out of the driveway after eharing the gunfire instead of trying t help the shot officers and call 911.
Let's all use our common sense folks.
The way Don shoots his mouth off about the police it's a wonder his house hasn' been searched as well. There is no doubt in my mind that these two were fully aware of Sean's sister helping Bucky and as such they should be charge with felonies. They have done nothing fo this community but spute out ignorance, and raise ignorant, hoodlum children.
It is my belief that the police need to conduct a search warrant in their home, sooner the better.
And mitty saying last night on the news, when Bucky gets pushed too far bad things happen, as if the police forced Bucky to be a career criminal and shoot 3 polcie officers.
Well, mitty, if we go by YOUR line of thinking, then if the POLICE get pushed too far, then expect bad things to happen to him. What's good for the goose.....

I apologize for the above typos. There is no edit button on here to fix them. But you still get the point of my post. I feel the horton's are complicent in the crimes of Sean's sister, and as such, should be charged.

Yeah, support the illegal search and arrest of innocent people, that makes you sound really good. If the stormtroopers do what you suggest, they will be breaking the law. Would you still support them? You sound like you are jealous of the Hortons far having the guts to question the actions of the SP. Get a Life.

Telling me to get a life just because I give my opinion that you happen to disagree with? You can disagree with me without being rude or obnoxious. After all it takes away from your credibility.
I didn't say the search would be or should be illegal. I think the fact that she is Sean's sister, and the fact that Don is on here constantly making disrespectful remarks about law enforcement, those two factors show a bias as well as something to gain out of helping Bucky, which is it would be in turn helping Sean's sister.
I am not jealous of the Horton's. What on earth is there to be jealous of anyway? Can't you stick to the facts and make a stronger argument than that?

There is no law that says you have to report witnessing anything.
You don't have to look for the plate numbers, makes models of vehicles.
You don't have to look at faces and see if that person is wanted.
You don't have to do anything and you are not breaking the law.
That is why we pay leo's. Its their job, and stupid citizens should stay out of their damn way or take what they get! This is the new America!

They sure as heck knew that officers were shot, and it is a civic duty and a moral requirement unless one is a sociopath to help shooting victims or call for help.
No, they were only trying to get away before being seen.
I hope the police look into Don and Sean Horton soon.

I hope the Horton's, Sean and Don, are charged for helping Sean's sister helping Bucky. They deserve it. Police, please arrest them now!

We've had leadership, we need it again. One of our own lost his leg due the lack of leadership and lack of a real plan. We used to call the shots. Now our men and women are taking way to many.
How much longer do we risk our own to keep up appearances? I'm ashamed of this quagmire. We that serve and have served are better than this.

Thank you Retired. I don't fault the individual troopersfor the most part, but their leadership. They are merely doing their job and following orders. I wouldn't want to be in their shoes not only because of the danger of their profession, but their leadership and lack of plans make the entire organization look like fools. Oh. way the way talking crap about the SP's is due to the fact that the kid (Brad Horton) was my nephew. So, you se i'm caught between a rock and a hard place! I will glady let you me in my shoes at this point. As for bucky i could give 2 shits where he is! The only reason everyone is pissed at us is because we will not bow to the SP"s and take their crap. If you or any else don't like it tough shit.

Now that there is a dead tropper if they saw or helped in anyway they have a felony convictions in their futures.

If you or any else don't like it tough shit. Did you celebrate the death of Joseph Longobardo as an "eye for an eye"? Hero Longobardo died in the line of duty, while Brad died in the line of trying to escape arrest. I have no doubt in my mind that you or your wife knew that Bucky was being helped by her family, even if you didn't actually have direct contact with him. See Don, you're one of the few a-holes out on the road who are intentionally screwing with justice being served... you've been that way from day one even before the death of your nephew; so don't use that as your battle cry. I have personally seen your son screw with the officers and I absolutely believe they had every reason to kick his butt. It is time you guys came clean with whatever information you have, big or small, instead of flipping off the heros that are here to rid us of Bucky. 99% of us out here are sick to death of hearing you guys cry foul to the media while you won't give the police the time of day. I'm glad that more people are joining this forum in support of the Troopers and we're finally swamping out the half dozen idiots here who mock them.

Oh please don't twist it to make yourself right. If you SEE something it is agaisnt the law not to report it, that is what I was disageed with. You said nothing about NOT seeing something. It is people like you and your lie spreading that gets people killed! How dare you post such pure garbage with not a shred of truth to it? How dare you endanger innocent lives solely becuase you have an ax to grind???? I know for a fact what happened the night those troopers were shot, I turned up the scanner. Don & SHAWN have nothing to do with Bucky hiding out. They don't know where he is, have never helped him and never been contacted by him. Freedom of speech is still a right and simply because you dislike Don's opinion, does not make him a criminal. You better check your facts becuase I know of at least one of their children who has no criminal record. How would you know Kasey was tearing out of the driveway, unless you were close enough to see? Were you there when Shawn called Kasey and told her that police had been shot and to get out before she got caught in the crossfire? Do you know what happened? NO. Your misinformed bogus post endangers all the Horton's grandchildren who visit their home regularly. How dare you be so cavalier about the lives of the innocent? You are a cruel, inhumane ,soulless monster.

A little FYI: People are allowed to ask questions and to give their CONSTITUTIONALLY PROTECTED opinion. This is America remember and people have freedom of speech. So don't go around throwing the "libel/slander" excuse. There has been PLENTY of SLANDER though coming from "Don's" posts. In my opinion, his profanity, name calling, bullying on these boards, and accusing posters of being a Mr. M (that is LIBEL right there!) and slanderous inflamatory derogatory posts about the SP have him teetering on inciting. In my opinion, he and the rest of the people who are closely associated with Bucky have blood on their hands and will hopefully in the end be found partially responsible. GO SP! 99% of our community supports you. The small hillbilly minority are too ignorant to ever see the light and will never matter.
