Absolutely horrible!!!! No one deserves to be treated like that regardless of what they may have done! I am a resident of sharp county and have witnessed there attitudes this happened in 2016 and they are still working in 2018 ! And what is more deplorable is none of the others did or said a thing to stop it! Did want to cross that blue line and lied on top of that

Sometimes folks are so influenced by drugs you can't stop them, they feel no pain, you can shoot them multiple times and they won't feel it. That's one reason people get hurt, they won't listen and continue to confront and fight officers.

Notice how many of these situations could be avoided if the criminal just followed instructions?

Maybe we should start allowing law enforcement to seek personal lawsuits when the person they are arresting attack them.

Hitting a handcuffed man that hard in the face with a metal flashlight is not "subduing" them but pure revenge.

Sheriff Cooks right hand man Deputy Ellis and a leachville cop held a guy down and bashed his teeth in with a flashlight. Sheriff and Ellis lied about it tried to get rid of the evidence when the State Troopers started looking into it. The leachville cop got busted Ellis got promoted.

Just remember that there are two sides to every story and that there is a Judicial system in place to make a final decision and determination on what, really took place.

Until then you people posting in here are do nothing, but speculating and gossiping like a bunch of old ladies.

If you want to see Dumb Republicans and Dumb Democrats just watch some on the speeches from Congress on CSPAN sometime. Of course I do not know whether to laugh or cry at some of the things said on the floor in Congress. There is no bias or spin on CSPAN.

Ask the mayor or any city council member about this but be braced for an angry, defensive response
