Why hasnt the aunt got charged or even the people that said they saw the child sit in the car seat the day before her death for 12 hours and was only fed a bite of a hotdog and a sip of drink. They are just as guilty and NEED to be charged because they witnessed and did nothing about it.

I also feel if the aunt was aware and she did not like how social services was handling the case why did she complain to commissioners in November, not wait until the poor little child passes away. According to the paper she took one child why didnt she take the baby as well and then go and complain to social services board. But she waits until she is gone. She is just as guilty in my eys.

It was/is the job of DSS, not just anyone, to remove children from bad situations. Don't the terms ""abduction or "kidnapping" seem to apply when relatives or anyone else take children who don't belong to them without some kind of legal custody or guardianship in place? I agree that the aunt the child was living with needs to be dealt with if any part of the accusations against her are true. Others did all they legally could by reporting what they observed. It's just such a shame what this little one had to endure.
