Your right they have been screwed they only get free housing, free college educations, free healthcare and free money. How dare the white man ask them for some of the profits for the states budget. It's almost like asking them to be productive citizens of the state they live in. How dare the governor do such a thing. The above is meant to be sarcastic just in case you couldn't tell.
