I am sure they will find out what happened and I still pray for the families involved. It seemed that good people died...hopefully something can be done to make that area safer...I heard charges may be filed and if that is what the police feel is necessary then I understand. I know that he will have a tough time living with the guilt also of knowing what he has done and he needs prayers for it.

Police estimate he was doing over 70 before crossing over lanes to hit the van. Why was he going so fast? Why did he cross lanes? 4 good people died because of what? Speed?
Police estimates can be wrong. The unforunate man could of had a medical problem that made him loss control. One of them what and see situations.

I used to live on that road and still have family that live there. That road has been a speedway for the last few years and it is dangerous to even try to pull out of your driveway. Until they
put more patrol cars in that area, more accidents will continue to happen.

I was just wondering whatever happened to Tim Brown. I hope that he is okay but never heard anything more. Was there ever a follow-up.

Has anybody heard what ever became of the investigation of this accident and how I can find out any more information about it. I know it has been 3 years but I still am interested. What became of the driver that survived?
