I was sad to learn about Tyler but the sadder story is that the mother is doing this more for her own personal gain. The neighbors are all aware of the fact that they are now spending this money on themselves, not Tyler. It is too bad that people who might normally help are saying they will not help others due to the fear of being scammed again, Why is she not being investigate? Very strange and sad case.
