State to replace Chestnut Hill Road Bridge
The Chestnut Hill Road Bridge in Glocester will be closed for about a year as a new span is built over the Chepachet River.

can anyone please explain why this should take one year. Are we using 1 person and manual labor? This sounds like the height of inefficiency on the part of the state of RI
