A friend of mine bought his car to Honda for a maintence issue and was charged tripple for labor when he did not know that the price was mostly for labor. The customer service attendent did not break down the prices to this ex loyal honda patron, and when called up to complain, was told thats they way they do it at Honda they charge by the job and not by the hour.

Even if it takes 15 minuttes, Honda Cars Of Boston will charge a huge price for labor, what a joke.

Greedy customer srevice attendents trying to suck every penny out of a person, especially loyal customers. What a shame

Honda financial has a moron by the name of Garvin working for them who is the rudest and dumbest person I have ever spoken with. He was so insulting that my family and I will never buy another Honda again. The dealer knows me as I have bought Hondas before and because of my status in the community, and I told them that once they fire dumbass Garvin (from the Atlanta, Georgia office) I will consider buying a Honda. In the interim I will work to discourage everyone I know from buying a Honda. Honda has the rudest employees I have ever dealt with and do not deserve your business. BUYER BE AWARE!

Screw Honda. I'm sure you can get a great deal on a Toyota.

I just read the Malcolm Baldrich report on our automobile industry and Honda is not even on the list, they really are going down drain.

Can I ask which cars are ON the list? I personally love my Honda. I bought it at Everett Honda but have it serviced at Honda North. I haven't been back to the Everett location since I picked it up. It's too difficult to get in and out with all the traffic there. I'd rather drive the extra distance and go to Honda North.

It's in Danvers. Go all the way up Rt. 1 and head towards Topsfield at that rotary (don't go 95). Go to the set of lights and take a left and then a sharp left. You'll see it. I think it's North St. but I'm not sure of the name.

Wrong. Ford took billions, they just refer to it as a loan.
Don't believe the flag waving hype. Ford dumped the Contour on the American people. They are not concerned with doing what's right.

Actually Lexus won as best car and there were other European and American cars before Honda.

There are websites that will point out the problems that Honda has with either their cars or service.

I still LOVE my Honda and wouldn't buy any other kind of car now. I've had Chevys, Oldsmobiles, Toyotas and Fords. Wouldn't trade my Honda for one of them.

Have purchased Hondas at Cambridge, Burlington & Everett (Honda Cars of Boston) so have some experience with dealers/service. Honda Cars of Boston has been the best to deal with. Cambridge is terible for purchasing (bait & switch on numbers) new Hondas & service. Burlington is very high cost & so-so on service & want to sell you all types of service even if not needed.
Sure the people who say Honda Cars of Boston isn't good haven't met Jay, in Service yet; he is by far the "Best".
