The Tax Status states that the Water is current but keep in mind that this was August 1, 2012. I bet he made a payment plan to keep the water from getting shut off but never paid as promised. Regardless it states that $30,668.69 is due. You can verify these documents at the Inspectional Services Department in City Hall.

Sounds as if done has personal vendetta ??? Get over it if it's nots your debt why do you care ? I think others without personal relationships have gone & received extensions & help with fuel , electric ect. You people are always out to insult someone , oh & I guess it's because you weren't giving the same treatment joke try owning something ! Oh wait I forgot your living off others maybe that's why the homeowners fell behind ! It's difficult to stay current when others default on there obligations , but again it's always someone else's fault ! Take responsibilities for your own & stop worrying about what others do & don't do ! the economy is tough enough without your biased comments that are one sided & without merit ! I wonder if it's legal for someone to post peoples personal debt , if it was obtain by a position held by an employee ? I also wonder who & why they think turning this public has helped there current situation ?

Get A Life, you're a joke. The issue is not one person but the entire administrstion. Sounds like you have the personal vendetta. Oh one more thing it's public information.

The issue is: We ALL need to pay our taxes to fund the city's expenses - just a fact - this is true in all cities and towns in any state. And yes it is public information - though most of us are so busy in our own lives we don't have time to delve into public records.

My husband served in the gulf war. He went to Iraq then Kuwait where the suffering was just as bad as Iraq. He came back to this country, got laid off, and received an oil benefit trough the Army. He earns half of what he made years ago. I do not appreciate you categorizing everyone that has been in need of assistance to someone that "allegedly" has blatantly not paid his taxes since 2005 and is over 30 grand in debt to the city. Maybe this person should have set up a payment plan (paid a little a month) and now it would not be so bad.

1st I would like to thank you & your husband for the sacrifices made for our freedom ! I will also apologize if I have offended you at all in any way shape or form that was not my intention . I was merely stating that help is offered & yes payment plans as well , in your case a disgrace if none was given ! I did read that a payment plan was in place and attempts made on this debt , I also know that it's difficult when you have tenants that void there agreements & default on rent ! Most home owners unless independently wealthy must prioritize the bills they pay & why does his debt matter when others owe more & are not publicly ridiculed . The answer is in the person who decided to put this out there because the free ride is over ! I believe your statements to point on when monies are owed , but to have a personal issue with an individual & provide information obtained though your employment & only share they parts that benifit the slander of ones hardships is wrong ! I wish anyone that is struggling in this economy well & those whom have had free rides the ability to think about what others owe & how they contributed to someone else's financial crisis.

I believe a lot of people fall on hard times for what ever the reason. That said, this is not slander, this is something that is pubic information and is published in the newspapers...so how is it slander?

Also....this person being 30 grand behind on taxes in NOT the issue. The issue is.....Is favoritism being played because he's an elected official?

THAT is the topic, not that he's behind on bills. I know I could NEVER be 30 grand behind, the city would OWN my house.

Why does he get special treatment? I blame the administration for that.

If he's so far behind on rental property then he should DUMP IT. Take the loss and start over.....like probably a billion other people in this world had to, if not more.
