I wasn't lucky enough to have Ray as our mail carrier.. but when I drove down Dalton I would see him and he'd always give a huge smile and a wave.. I'm just someone driving down the street.. He'd be halfway up the walkway to deliver mail and he'd stop and turn to wave. I always said "there's the nicest mailman on the planet"!!!
always made me smile and his route customers are surely going to miss him.
