Hammock Gets 50 Years

I would like to offer my condolences to Mr. Ford's family at this time. My family also knows the pain that this evil monster ,Gordon Hammock, can cause. Gordon Murdered my Uncle Darin several years ago. He left behind 2 beautiful children, a wife, a mother and father, brothers and several nieces and nephews and was only senenced to a few short years in jail. Unfortunately, if this heartless punk had of been given real justice at this time he probably would not have had the chance to kill yet another precious human life, the one you love, and for that my heart aches for all of you. At least this time the justice system has stepped up and taken care of the scum that has been taking up space in our society, waiting to take yet another victim. Again I am truly sorry for what you have had to endure. I pray for all of you to find peace in such a difficult time.

I am deeply sorry about your family member that got mixed up with this waste of skin....
Willie never NEVER deserved to be treated with such disregueard and lack of common decency that Gordon showed to him....
He is now resting in a beautiful place near his family.....they will never be the same...

Knowing all parties involved has allowed me an insight into this horror. Willie was a person that anyone could look up to in terms of how to treat other people. Willing to always lend a helping hand and always giving of himself. He trusted easily and everyone was his friend. He just trusted the wrong people and found himself drawn back into a black hole of drugs, sex, and violence. Gordon by himself would never have done this, even under the influence of meth. It took the devious mind of a crazy self-absorbed witch to bring this insanity to life. I'm not saying Gordon is blameless by any means. Willie's family will forever be scarred and Gordon's family is marred as well. Those of us who knew Willie now have this empty space that he filled. On the day the verdict came back, I was standing outside Denny's in Chehalis waiting with Willie's family holding his picture that now graces his headstone. The sun was out but all of a sudden the rain came and in the midst of it all a brilliant double rainbow emerged one end seeming to touch down directly across the street and the other on the court house. In that instant we all realized Willie was telling us it was almost over and he was ok. We could let go and move on until the day we meet again. Some day we will see each other again until then...

Melissa, it is a nice idea to think that Gordon would have never done this without the influence of a "crazy self-absorbed witch" but knowing Gordon since he was born.....it is without a doubt he was and is capable of such a hideous act. My heart goes out to all of Gordon's victims, including his own family.
