Illicit software on supermarket servers blamed in Fla. breach

A Maine-based grocer that operates Sweetbay stores in Florida says unauthorized software was secretly installed on its servers and caused a massive data breach.

Yup, the sweetbay virus caught us and we won't be going back. Could have happened anywhere, even publix, but I bet publix would have offered something to those that had to fill out paperwork to get the mess fixed. Sweetbay isn't offering anything so far. Sad, it was and I mean was a good store.

So they don't have anti virus/spyware etc software on their system. How dumb!
