Trailer for sale in Morgantown. It is located directly across from the East side of the football stadium, Valley View Ave. It is a 1984 model, all electric trailer. 14 by 70, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Inside is totally remolded, new hardwood flooring in the living room, new wallpaper, paint, and borders, etc. Quiet neighborhood, although it's a little loud on gameday (but where isn't in Morgantown?). It's walking distance from the Medical PRT and the Health Sciences Center. There's a bus that leaves every 15 minutes that goes downtown. It's a great place for any college student.
